Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the product and packaging.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
